At Onna Handmade, every bag is made by hand, with care, and often to order. Because our pieces are handcrafted rather than mass-produced, they take a little longer to reach you than factory-made products — and we think they're worth the wait. Please read our shipping policy below so you know exactly what to expect.

 

Where We Ship

We currently ship within Egypt only.

 

Processing & Delivery Time

Since each item is handmade, please allow 10–15 days from the day you place your order to receive it. This timeframe covers both the crafting of your bag and its delivery to your address. During busy seasons, sales, or holidays, production may take slightly longer — if we expect any significant delay with your order, we'll contact you directly.

 

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address. You'll always see the exact shipping cost before you complete your purchase.

 

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, we'll send you a confirmation. If a tracking number is available from the courier, we'll include it so you can follow your order's journey to your door.

 

Delays

While we do everything we can to deliver within the estimated timeframe, delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Occasionally, delays can happen due to circumstances beyond our control, such as courier issues, weather, or high-demand periods. We appreciate your patience and are always happy to help track down your order.

 

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please double-check that your shipping address is complete and correct before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout. If a package is returned to us, we'll contact you to arrange re-delivery (additional shipping charges may apply).

 

Lost or Damaged Packages

Every bag is inspected and carefully packaged before it leaves us. If your order arrives damaged, or appears lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date with your order number and photos (if applicable), and we'll do our best to make it right.
