Do you ship across Egypt?
Yes — we deliver anywhere in Egypt. Shipping is calculated at checkout, and because every bag is handmade to order, delivery usually takes around 10–15 days in total (crafting plus shipping).
What are your bags made from?
100% genuine leather, cut, shaped and finished by hand. As each piece is handmade, small natural variations in grain and colour are unique to your bag — never faults.
Can I return or exchange my bag?
You're welcome to inspect your order with the courier on delivery. Returns or exchanges are accepted for damaged or defective items within 14 days of delivery. Natural, handmade variations aren't considered defects.
